TeamSC Newsletter: September 2009

A quick reminder:

PLEASE add your Etsy shop link to your profile on the message board. You MUST include the http:// before the rest of the url for it to show up. You can do this by going to your profile and editing your information.

Join us at the Etsy forum for fun, reminders and showing off your new listings. It's a great way to get to know your fellow team members.

We are looking for members to help spice-up the team blog:

If you have any photos of you doing a craft show we'd love to add them to the team blog.

If you have any how-to's that you've created, we would love to feature it.

If you have been busy creating new items for the upcoming holidays we'd love to show a sneak-peek on the blog.

If you've gotten together with other teamsc members, we'd love to hear about it.

We'd love to feature you!

The next meeting will occur on the first Monday of the month as the 12th is a holiday. The meeting is set for October 5th at 8:00 P.M. in the Etsy Virtual Labs. Please be there as we will be discussing changes to the team as well as talking about the sample box.

Speaking of the sample box, there is still time to send in your items to Taylor. Have them in the mail no later than September 25th. Boxes will go on sale beginning October 15. We expect everyone to promote in some way. We also need funds to list the boxes. Please read the board for all the details.

The teamsc shop needs more items. Selling the sample boxes will help us get exposure but seeing items from the team will help more. To participate, visit this link.

The deadline for this months Creative Challenge is September 23. The theme is Halloween/Autumn. We already have some great entries! Be sure your item was created after September 1. Please read the rules!

Check out the upcoming craft shows that our members will be participating in. Many are still accepting applications so consider joining in and selling your items and meeting up with fellow members.

Member, playswithmud is featuring members on her blog. If you'd like to be interviewed, please contact her.

Live in the upstate and want to meet some of your fellow team members, consider joining in the meet-and-greet on October 24th. Be sure to bring a sample of your work. You may just make a sell. Sandy will be your host. She is a wonderful member and very nice! You'll be happy you met up with everyone.

If you live in the midlands/Columbia-area, try getting together with your local members.
